What really is there to life??, for some it is peace,for another group it could be pleasure, some hold to their belief in satisfaction. And the list is actually endless as we all have that which we give utmost priority and would as such see these as the essence of life. For religious individuals, this could be based on the belief of eternal life. No one is most right and none is as well wrong in his or her views, but rather we are all equally right in our own world which is based on our mindset.
But in the diversity of our views, we must come to an agreed fact that there is one factor which is constant and common to all our views on that which we claim to be the true essence of life and thiss factor is the factor of TIME. No doubt you would agree with me that it takes time to grow from a child to being an adult, from being a student to becoming a teacher, from a clerk to being the CEO. The point is it takes time to move from our point of aspirations to that point of fulfillment in which we have successfully achieved that which we once aspired for, So time gets to determine if we actually get to fulfill all that which we have defined as the true essence of life.
Seeing this, of grave concern should be one on how to secure this treasurable factor that is a constant to us achieving whatsoever we have set out for in life, in a world like ours filled with catastrophic activities that could claim the lives of alot prematurely depriving them of the ability to fulfilling their dreams. The answer is HEALTH.
Ever wondered why the saying of "Health is the greatest Wealth" came about?, this is so as so many have considered the vital benefits of being healthy and then concluded that none could actually take the place of absolute health in the life of an individual. If one must live to get to achieve all one have set out for, one must have perfect health as this gurantees one a huge amount of time here on earth. If one is not healthy, one might not be able to live long enough to get to achieve his goals as one could die of illness, even when such a person lives, he lacks the strength to go about his activities, depriving him the ability to do what he wants. So if one must get to accomplish that which is most important, then one must ensure he is healthy, as it is only by this means that he is able to live long enough and possesss optimum strength needed for his goal.
To do this, one must ensure he eats the right food, one that is balanced in all basic six classes of food, one should exercise regularly, practice good hygiene in one's environment, avoid bad habits like smoking, drinking excess alcohol e.t.c, one should drink enough water to maintain the perfect hydration level.
If this is done, one should live long enough to fulfill all of one's need.
